Our wonderful, animal-loving Illinois Comptroller Judy Baar Topinka has launched a website to match homeless dogs and cats with potential adopters. Instead of trolling the Internet for various shelters in the Chicago area, you can now visit “Comptroller’s Critters” and see dozens of rescue organizations and their pets, along with cute and enticing photos and bios of each animal.

With the large viewing potential of the State of Illinois’ website, more people can see these wonderful animals who need homes. It’s a win-win situation for everyone, both people and pets.
