There's a commercial currently running on TV that says "police are trained to catch violators who don't use seat belts." With that said, pulling people over without a noticeable violation does not seem right. I never consume any alcohol before driving and always wear my seat belt. So what probable cause do police have to stop me? First time that happens to me, I'm done patronizing any and all stores in Lake Bluff. No problem if they find a violation but random stops and searches, I'm calling my well-known lawyer!!
