The Music Institute of Chicago is the only independent music school in Illinois and has various branches and campusMore locations based around the state. People of all ages and abilities are welcome to attend classes and therapies. The Grove Cultural Campus of Lake Forest offers a wide range of music education programs, concerts and music theory classes. Facilities are available for rental on the campus, including the recital hall, which has room for up to 50 people, as well as two ensemble rooms and 12 practice studios.
