Authorities in Las Vegas say Edward C. Brandt of Lake Forest shot a 30-year-old concierge desk worker at a casino hotel before killing himself Friday, according to the Chicago Tribune. Jessica Corinne Kenny of Las Vegas was shotat the Excalibur resort, where she worked as the concierge desk worker for the travel website Vegas.com, ABC 7 News in Chicago reported on Monday. Brandt, 31, then shot himself in the head. Kenny was a 2000 graduate of Grayslake High School, according to the Daily Herald.
