Police Blotter: Underage Drinking, Domestic Battery and More

Public Intoxication Matthew Davis, 22, of Centervile, Ohio, was arrested on Aug. 27 at 4 a.m. and charged with Public Intoxication. Police were called to a disturbance in the 100 block of Washington Court and found Davis intoxicated. Minor Possession of Alcohol A 16-year-old Lake Bluff resident was arrested at the corner of Loch and Circle on Aug. 23 at 8:55 p.m. and charged with Minor Possession of Alcohol. Police were called to the area for a vandalized vehicle. Police located the young man and discovered alcohol on his person. Domestic Battery Jose Lopez, 56 of Wheeling, was charged with Domestic Battery on Aug. 19 at 3:30 p.m. and arrested in the 100 block of Field Drive. Lopez was held for bond.
