UPDATED: Body of Missing Grayslake Man Found Reports Family
Joey Frase, of Grayslake, went missing Saturday night after leaving a party in Round Lake.
Updated 12:10 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22: Nearly 20 residents joined Grayslake law enforcement Tuesday morning for the search for missing Joey Frase. His body was found near Campbell Airport. Family friend Jason Freeman was one of the first residents to join in today's search. He said Joey, a graduate of Grayslake Central High School, was friends with his son. "Joey was always very respectful. He was a really nice kid." Freeman said many community members, even those who did not know Joey personally, were moved by the report that he had gone missing and wanted to help however they could.
