Lake Forest resident picked as new program coordinator for Speak Up! Prevention Coalition.

  Andy Duran has been named the new executive director of LEAD and Speak Up! Prevention Coalition, replace Betty Frank-Bailey, who is who is retiring and relocating to Florida this summer. Additionally, Khris Condon has been hired as the new program coordinator for Speak Up!
