LAKE FOREST CURFEW VIOLATION A 17-year-old female from Park Ridge was charged with curfew violation following a traffic complaint Dec. 20 at the intersection of Green Bay Road and Vine Avenue. She will attend an administrative hearing Jan. 12 at Lake Forest City Hall. THEFT A thick, multi-colored glass decorative perfume bottle valued at $125 was stolen from the art gallery in the 400 block of Illinois Road on Dec. 13. LAKE BLUFF SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES A complainant in the 200 block of Shoreacres Circle showed the officer an item on eBay he had for sale that someone else was currently trying to sell on craigslist in Lacrosse, Wis., using the same pictures and description on Dec. 25. The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Lake Forest and Lake Bluff Police Departments. LAKE FOREST FOUND BICYCLE A witness reported finding a black and silver girls Trek mountain bike in the 1200 block of Edgewood Nov. 23. The bike was transported to the station for safekeeping. DUI AND DUI OVER .08 Adam K. Leslie, 22, 625 Frolic Ave., Waukegan, was charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level above .08, and speeding following a traffic stop at Waukegan Road and Settlers Square Nov. 23. Leslie was traveling 53 mph in a 35 mph speed zone. He failed sobriety tests and submitted a breath test indicating a blood alcohol content  of .109. He was released on a $…
