LAKE FOREST CURFEW VIOLATION A 17-year-old female from Park Ridge was charged with curfew violation following a traffic complaint Dec. 20 at the intersection of Green Bay Road and Vine Avenue. She will attend an administrative hearing Jan. 12 at Lake Forest City Hall. THEFT A thick, multi-colored glass decorative perfume bottle valued at $125 was stolen from the art gallery in the 400 block of Illinois Road on Dec. 13. LAKE FOREST FOUND BICYCLE A witness reported finding a black and silver girls Trek mountain bike in the 1200 block of Edgewood Nov. 23. The bike was transported to the station for safekeeping. DUI AND DUI OVER .08 Adam K. Leslie, 22, 625 Frolic Ave., Waukegan, was charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level above .08, and speeding following a traffic stop at Waukegan Road and Settlers Square Nov. 23. Leslie was traveling 53 mph in a 35 mph speed zone. He failed sobriety tests and submitted a breath test indicating a blood alcohol content of .109. He was released on a $…
