Disorderly Conduct Joseph Kinnucan, 50, of Ingelside was arrested Tuesday for disorderly conduct after an altercation with another driver, according to Lake Bluff police reports. At a stop near Moffet Road and Forest Cove, Kinnucan got out of his car, went to the car behind him and banged on the window. Police stopped him nearby, according to the report. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 8:45 a.m. May 28 in Waukegan. DUI David Audley, 53, of Lake Bluff was arrested May 5 for driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding, according to Lake Bluff Police reports. Possession of Cannabis Justin Molsbee, 34, of Lake Bluff was arrested for possession of cannabis April 21 after making threats against his mother-in-law, according to Lake Bluff Police reports. Police were called to Molsbee’s home in the 100 block of East North Avenue after a caller told police that he was making threats against his mother-in-law, according to the report. While there, police saw cannabis in plain view. Molsbee was released on a recognizance bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 10:30 a.m. June 4. Possession of Cannabis and more Thomas Belasco, 19, of Long Grove was arrested April 8 for possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of alcohol by a minor and consumption of alcohol by a minor, according to Lake Bluff Police reports. Police responded to a call that people might be carrying beer to the Lillian Dells Beach. Upon arrival, police found Belasco and two other people at the beach, according to report. Police discovered the alcohol, cannabis and drug paraphernalia. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 10:30 a.m. May 7 in Park City. Driver’s License Infraction Marisol Gonzalez, 38, of Gurnee was arrested Tuesday for driving without a valid license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving an uninsured motor vehicle, according to Lake Bluff Police reports. After police were called to investigate an automobile crash near the intersection of Waukegan Road and Highway 176 in which Gonzalez was involved, it was discovered she did not have a license, according to the report. No one was injured in the incident. She was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 10:30 a.m. May 7 in Park City. Possession of Cannabis Matthew Deka, 23, of Wauconda and Vincent Walker, 21, of Libertyville were arrested Jan. 3 for possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia, according to Lake Bluff police reports. Police spotted Deka driving with only one headlight illuminated near 431 Albrecht Drive, according to the report. After making the stop, the officer smelled the odor of burnt cannabis. A search revealed both marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Deka and Walker were released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 5 in Park City. Jack Drucker, 18, of Lake Forest was arrested Friday for possession of cannabis, according to a Lake Forest Police report. After stopping Drucker for speeding in the vicinity of Westleigh and Western, police smelled burnt marijuana from inside the car, according to the report. Drucker admitted to having a small bag of cannabis and the contents of the bag tested positive. Drucker was charged with possessing less than 2.5 grams of cannabis and released on $120 bond, according to the report. He will appear in Lake County Court at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 18 in Park City.
