Lake Forest Millionaire to Open Highland Park Bakery
Marcus Lemonis, who will be featured in a CNBC reality show, is opening a gluten-free bakery in Highland Park in February.
Marcus Lemonis, the Lake Forest resident who bought Rose’s Wheat-Free Bakery & Cafe in Evanston last December, announced Wednesday that he would open a second location for the bakery in Highland Park. Rose’s Bakery and Café will offer fresh baked breads, cookies, cakes, cupcakes and muffins, as well as pizza, soups and sandwiches.
