A longtime north suburban resident, Colette grew up in Glenview, lived for 13 years in Grayslake and has been a Libertyville local for the past two years. 

She and her husband, Shawn (math teacher at Vernon Hills High School), have four children, ages 16, 15, 12 and 8.

Colette loves volunteering; celebrating holidays; family time; crafts; gardening; cooking; kids and seniors of every age; and writing…about nearly anything.
