I am a certified personal trainer working for MissFIT Complete, Inc.  MissFIT Complete is a independantly owned, local company that provides IN-HOME Personal Training, Massage Therapy and Nutritional Counseling to women on the North Shore, all in the comfort and convience of their own home. 

I love personal training in women's homes because I have the opportunity to customize and personalize these services for each individual women. Each woman has her own goals, needs and style.  That is why I enjoy helping women reach their goals.

Hi Peggy,

I am working on a feature film that is helping a great cause as well as offering people the opportunity to get involved
