I am a Lake Forest resident and the managing broker/owner of Exclusive Buyer Brokers LLC, a boutique full-service residential real estate firm based in Lake Forest. We are unique, employing a consumer-focused business model.  Unlike others, we represent people, not property!  

We exclusively work for buyers only. We never sell anything to anyone. We actually pay our buyer clients thousands of dollars at closing via our 25% commission rebate (all of our compensation is paid by sellers, we then share commissions with our buyer clients).
