ReplyThe parents who reported the suspicious man, believed he was one of the registered sex offenders on the Framingham Police list.

ReplyWithout adding to the rumors and speculations, I can tell you that there were more than three interested parties in the property.
And if the Walden property does not get its special permit, there is no guarantee that the rumored two other parties interested would purchase the property which was listed with a $5 million price tag.

ReplyUPDATE: Walden would like to move most of its Waltham operations to Framingham and make Framingham its new HQ, said a company spokesperson to Patch.

FYI -- Framingham does not do health inspections, as often as other communities. I have published the major violations. The last ones before the Chicken Bone were Sabrina Wong and Copacabana Grill’s.
