Sidewalk Sale Starts Lake Forest, Lake Bluff Weekend

You'll also find Farmers' Markets in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff, outdoor dining and more.

With shoppers grabbing bargains, the weekend started Thursday for people in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff at Sidewalk Sale in downtown Lake Forest.

Most stores will move select inventory outside through Saturday with some shops opening Sunday as well.

There is much, much more happening in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff this weekend. The Lake Bluff Farmer’s market will be open from 7 a.m. to noon Friday and outdoor marketing moves to Lake Forest from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

Deerfield Tire will have a race car simulator and a real race car where you can pose for pictures from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday. This is all being done in conjunction with Turbo, a new movie that opened a week ago.
